1. Why shop The FX?
The Fashion Exchange was built specifically for the convenience of the retail trade. Having such a large selection of merchandise under one roof makes your buying easy and fun! There are over 100 experienced agents eager to assist and answer any questions you may have. The Fashion Exchange - " for smart buyers".


2. How do I register to attend the shows as a buyer?
Buyers may register through this web site, or directly email the show you are planning to attend in the Events Calendar section of this website.


3. How often do I need to re-qualify to attend the shows?
Buyers who have not attended a show within the last 12 months, must register to receive a buyers guide for our FX Shows.


4. Where do I register in the FX building?
There will be a registration area in the lobby of the FX Fashion Exchange during shows.


5. Do you allow guests to attend the shows?
We do allow guests. However, there is one guest per buyer. The guest must remain in the company of the buyer.


6. How much does it cost to attend the shows?
There is no charge to attend as a buyer.


7. Where are the shows held?
The FX Fashion Exchange building and our satellite locations which accommodate our members with offices outside the FX.


8. How often are shows held?
The FX hosts 12 shows per year.


9. How can I find out about dates for future shows?
Please consult the Events Calendar for show dates.


10. How many companies exhibit at the shows?
Approximately 700 lines are exhibited at the FX, and are represented in over 100 offices.


11. Are the shows broken down into product categories?
Yes, there are many product categories in the shows. Please see the Exhibitor Search section of this website for detailed category descriptions and where these products can be found.


12. Is there Stock on Hand merchandise in THE FX?
Yes, there are several businesses in the FX that offer this service.


13. What hotels are available and are reduced rates offered to FX Show Buyers?
Reduced rates have been secured at several downtown hotels. You will find ads for hotels offering special rates on the home page of this website.


14. Where can I get a map for directions to the FX Fashion Exchange building?

15. Are there shuttles and taxis services at the FX?
Yes, there is a shuttle service to the major hotels during show dates, and there is a direct line taxis phone at the FX.


16. Is there a restaurant in the FX building?
Yes, the La Fourchette Cafe is an excellent restaurant, and it is located in the FX.


17. Is there a hospitality lounge in the FX?
Yes, there is a very comfortable lounge to review your buying, or just relax.


18. Are children permitted in the FX Shows?
To preserve a professional trade show environment, we ask that children under the age of 12 not be brought to the FX building.


19. Are there special services and amenities for USA Buyers?
USA buyers should identify themselves at the lobby registration desk to receive our special International Buyers information package.
